RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that you do not have to expedite the shipping on your return except for "Cheese and Dairy" (as long as it is postmarked before the 30 day period). Expediting your return does not expedite the return process time frame.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees (this includes refusal of the order and orders returned by the carrier due to an invalid or incomplete address).

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received. Product(s) returned with obvious signs of use or damage may not be returned.

Returns will be refunded minus any return shipping costs billed by the carrier. This includes fees for order refusal and orders returned by the carrier due to an invalid or complete address.

Once the order has shipped, it can not be cancelled, but can be cancelled prior to shipping by sending us an email at nouramideastmarket@gmail.com or a text message to 206-436-9247.
